Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order is only accepted once payment has been authorised and we have confirmed acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where permitted by law, including where pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud or other unforeseen circumstances occur.

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, we will notify you and issue an appropriate refund.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency selected by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or other government charges that may apply outside New Zealand.

HAASE's online store is powered by Shopify.

While Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our store, all purchases made through this website are made directly with HAASE.

Shopify is not responsible for the products, customer service or fulfilment provided by HAASE.
